Mannu Sandhu, Canadian Actress is hosting the 4th annual Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival to be held on November 30th, 2014 at the beautiful World Art Centre at the SFU Woodward Building in Gastown. For the very first time Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival will be hosting a film networking event. Event: Vancouver International South Asian Film Festival & Networking Event. Location: 149 W Hastings St, Vancouver, BC V6B 1H4 Date: Sunday, November 30, 2014 Time: 0530pm to 1100pm The evening session will start with 5 shorts films which are directed and produced by Vancouver based filmmakers.Fade out by Agam Darshi, Shame by Bob Woolsey, Served Cold by Mandip Sandhu, Solution by Sunny Sran and The Coconut by Nimisha Mukerjee Visaff will be running a panel after showcasing the films with some keys film industry experts. The panel members are as follows; Kim Roberts (Producer and Entertainment Lawyer of Sephia films), Paul Armstrong (Executive Producer of Crazy8), Judy Lee (Casting Director), Paul Dhillon (Director of MMM Films), Mandip Sandhu (Director of Sand Dune Films) and Carleen Kyle (Executive Director of Woman in Film and Television). A cocktail party will commence after the panel discussion which will provide local filmmakers, actors, directors, producers and attendants an opportunity to connect with each other.
