My small local paper is getting thinner and thinner all the time. Seems to contain mostly local school events, arrest reports and sports highlights. Any news I see reported is old, considering Ive already read it online.....Hate to do it, but Ill be letting my subscription lapse this year without renewing it. I usually check out 6-7 different news sites online throughout the day, even those I disagree with because of their extreme left wing bias. If some major EMP event takes down the net, then well all have to rely on the printed word again. But until then, Ill have to say goodbye to my daily. I do, however, still prefer physical, printed books, however to ebooks, like my wife has downloaded to her Kindle. More hellacious to move when we change houses. But fortunately that doesnt happen too often....:-D
