My steps to roasting my spaghetti squash.... 1. cut the squash in half 2. remove seeds 3. cover lightly with olive oil and season of choice (I always use garlic powder and pepper) 4. bake face down for 45 minutes on 350° and the last 5 minutes I turn it up right and let it bake on 450° (to get that chard crisp I like)... you can have it as a side dish or stuff it like I do. enjoy! #HealthyGirlsRock #HealthIsTheNewBlack #WhoSaidEatingHealthyHasToBeBoring
