My teeth are remineralizing. In the past fifteen years or so, they had become somewhat translucent. I could actually see the difference in light as my tongue passed behind my teeth. My teeth looked grey. Today, I can no longer see the difference in light when my tongue passes behind my teeth. And, my teeth look solid and strong and ivory colored. For the past several months Ive been watching as the color shifted and the translucent quality departed. Like sand filling an hourglass, I could literally track to minerals pouring in over the weeks. I attribute this fully to my diet which has also restored my mental health, caused my hair to regrow full and long, and eliminated the pain of rheumatoid arthritis. Im also sleeping better and have more energy. And, my belly is no longer bloated. Yippeeee! Now for some lard, liver, sauerkraut, and kefir to celebrate!!!
