My thoughts on the Mustang so far: The suspension is crap, more body roll then Rosie ODonnell going down a hill. Way too soft for this heavy a car. The interior quality is crap. Some parts of it feel like quality materials, but other parts are plasticy and poorly fitting, like the gear shift bezel. Also, the ignition lock cylinder sits too low on the steering column for my taste. Seats are very soft and very comfy, but little bolstering. Sound quality is okay, radio could use a USB port. A/C takes a little while to cool down, but works well once it does. Power is great, 305 hp moves pretty well, but.... The automatic transmission is crap. Shifts slower than a little kid trying to eat broccoli. The so-called sport mode produces no appreciable difference in shift speed. Get the manual. Has plus and minus buttons on the shifter for a kind of manual mode, but shifts are so slow its not fun. Id rather move the shifter back and forth or have paddles on the steering wheel. The exhaust note is too muffled and sounds like crap. Get an aftermarket exhaust.
