My thoughts today are with my prairie people who are saying good bye to a exemplary lady, our former boss Pat Moffatt. As manager of the dietary department at Pioneer Village, Saskatchewans largest long term care home, she had an extremely tough job. I admired her resilience and capability for managing the department, as well as the many personalities of the residents and staff. She was a role model. who carried herself with strength, empathy and dignity. She will be sadly missed my many.
