My vegan way of eating all organic Breakfast - 1/2 cup oats, 1 tablespoon sliced almonds, half cup almond milk, one tablespoon chia seeds, 1/4 cup strawberries. pre workout - Rice cake with tablespoon almond butter Post workout raw garden protein powder or vega one protein powder with 1 cup soy milk. Lunch - 2 serving of tofu, 1/2 cup white or brown rice, edamame. Dinner - 1/2 cup lentils, peppers, onions and half cup brown rice. Snack - Veggie shake with coconut water, spinach, kale, green apple, one beet, celery, cucumber and one tablespoon chia seeds. Before bed - Rice cake with half tablespoon almond butter one cup soy milk calories - 1, 783 fat, good fats 50, carbs 240, protien 100. Workouts - heavy lifting 5 days a week, 3 days hiit cardio sessions.
