My waives tale remedy for a nose/throat cold: two oranges or red grapefruit in this one day you notice its not just allergies, allium family members such as garlic, onions, and leaks should be used in every dish possible, those dishes should contain a good amount of salt and sugar (electrolytes), one or two cups of milk and a potato or a banana depending on if you feel tired/hungry (potato) or crampy (banana).
