My weakest areas are my thighs and hips. I weight 124lbs, but I have absolutely no muscle in or around those areas. (Boo Ive done too much slacking since last summer) The answer is NOT and is NEVER cardio. Treadmills are my enemy. Cardio breaks down muscle. Its not about the WEIGHT lost, but the inches. Lifting weights and muscle building exercises are what slims you down in the most healthy ways. Eat lots- drink lots of water- and work those muscles. While youre at it- say goodbye to treadmills and scales!
