My weekend was pretty fantastic... since he worked all weekend at extra jobs, I went and met up with the hubby Saturday night for dinner. Italian food including required cannolis combined with watching Roadhouse (RIP Patrick Swayzes mullet) then an evening stroll. ♥ My purse arrived, but it NEEDED a matching wallet *it was lonely*, so I helped support the economy at Macys, where I of course had to stop by the MAC counter and then some clothes all wanted to come live with me. ♥ One of my favorite authors asked me to beta read her latest book which was a complete surprise and honor-- and its fabulous. ♥ Another awesome author friend of mine has been treating me to beta reading her WIP and I got the latest installment Friday and when it comes out-- its the type of book that will leave you shaking your head with a serious book hangover. The story totally blows my mind. ♥ Yesterday kiddo came home after a month being gone. Hes taller than me, now. And of course hes reminded me of it. Repeatedly. ♥
