Logistic and Administrative Assistant Responsibilities: • Contact businesses to request and acquire quotations of various projects and products such as office equipment, furniture, electronics, construction materials, farm vehicles and machineries. • Report and contribute in discussions for a wise decision to purchase a particular product. • Prepare company purchase requests and purchase orders. • Prepare expense reports and cooperate with account department of head office. • Type official letters in Myanmar and English languages. • Organize good filing system both electronic and hard copies. • Perform company’s various administrative duties as requested. Qualifications: • University graduate (any major). • Good English language skills. • Microsoft office and desktop publishing skills. • Good interpersonal, communication and leadership skills. • Results oriented and performance driven with strong analytical skills. • Multitasking, organizational, planning and administrative skills.
