Myster Edward I just received this registered letter from WSIB and thought Id share it with those people who have some doubts as to whether these sites are actually monitored by WSIB or not. I personally never had any doubt they are, but this should clarify it for those of you who have had your doubts or been wondering: (Further I would like to clarify, for the record, that this letter is EXTREMELY PREJUDICED and that I have NEVER, nor would I ever, make any type of threat against ANYONE, for ANY REASON. It is simply against my religion, as is suicide.) Dear Mr South: It has come to the attention of the Security Branch of the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB) that on or about October 17th, 2013 you displayed inappropriate behaviour. On the social networking site Facebook you made comments that could be construed as threatening. Specifically, the statement Im one of those people who would rather go postal... causes me concern for the safety of our staff. As a result of your inappropriate behaviour, and to ensure the health and safety of our employees, you are no longer permitted to attend any WSIB office without a pre-arranged appointment. If you choose to disregard this restriction and attend a WSIB office without an appointment, the police will be contacted to have you removed and you may be charged with trespassing. If such behaviour continues we may be forced to further restrict your communications with the WSIB. Specifically, you may be requested to communicate with the WSIB by correspondence or through an authorized representative only. Please take note that WSIB takes all threats seriously, especially those which cause anyone to reasonably fear for their safety, and we will not hesitate to contact the local authorities if needed. At that time, we may remove the restriction if you have abided by its terms. HOW UTTERLY SAD MR SAUNDERS that a man cannot express an OPINION that was simply stating, and not THREATENING as you CONSTRUE, that I am NOT one of those people who would choose to commit SUICIDE as a result of the UNETHICAL, CRIMINAL and INHUMANE way that WSIB consistently chooses to ABUSE the Sick and Injured Workers of this Country.
