NASA reDux, Space Colonization, and Terra-Forming Plan Keenan is a Mensa High IQ genius scientist who has planned this campaign for ten years and is constantly honing and teaching his plans for their nationwide implementation. When(not if) we legalize Hemp and Marijuana nationwide and open the industries for Medicine, Textiles, Construction, Commercial Sales, Farming, and Personal Use all of this will be taxed from a day one 9% sales tax which will fund Keenans Space Colonization NASA for Moon travel, Mars bases, TERRAFORMING, Asteroid Mining, and Galactic expansion for generations. In a personal scientific vision Keenan plans to reDux our NASA into a colonizing mission for generations to eventually mine Suns all the way to the center cluster of billions of stars of our galaxy! Hemp/Marijuana will fund us into space if we unleash it all at once for an industrial revolution and explosion for all the science available through medical and industrial research of the many strains of this plant. Keenan then plans to fund an American NASA which will colonize the moon, mars, and the entire solar system. We will use robots to mine resources across the solar system, and collect them on the moon at a base with a zero atmosphere landing pad. We will expand Zero-G and Vacuum Space research to further science in another NASA revolution! Zero-G and Vacuum research are both essential for scientific advancement and need a proper outlet again in NASA. NASA will have four main tasks under the Dunham administration. NASA will push scientific leadership for Space Research, Space Colonization, Terran and Space TERRAFORMING (all via 5 methods of Greenhousing Keenan has developed), and Robotics Development. The NASA TERRAFORMING division will advance and campaign to end human hunger planet-wide VERY SIMPLY AND COST EFFECTIVE before joining the Space divisions to colonize the moon missions. Keenans five Greenhousing plans for the TERRAFORMING division are for space and any earth climate to have huge surpluses of food. A. Greenhousing for arid climates to end world hunger for sustained arid lands controlled by their people and farmed and owned by their people will be aided by Keenans plan to build a Greenhouse and grow for 5 years, THEN remove the roof structure and allow the location specific biosphere to breath and flourish in the arid climate. All we need here is a deep well built to accommodate the greenhouse and local people can farm the greenhouses, thus ending perpetual monetary and food aid programs over time in favor of farming sustained by TERRAFORMING. This is Keenans plan to save African nations and build up those nations to be equal partners in Keenans vision and plans for the world. TERRAFORMING, can you believe it will happen this generation and was right under millions of scientists noses. Keenan is sworn to accomplish this via the Presidency and the USAs abilities. B. To save the RainForests Keenan has planned to build these Greenhouses UP! In Brasil Greenhouses can be built in parking garages or in multistory facilities to save the precious forest space there and save the ecological gems of rainforests in Brasil. C. Greenhouses can be built next to American schools to provide fresh organic food in cities to all children every day year round. D. Greenhouses will be built IN SPACE on space stations and the Moon and on the Space Bases to feed Space Colonists E. Keenan will encourage future skyscrapers to have for their design engineering and architecture greenhouses every three floors up to both feed cities and to produce a world surplus of food.
