NATIONAL fasting and prayer for peace in UKRAINE 31 August - 2 September At all times, in difficult circumstances, when people come in trouble, and when people resigned and began to pray to the Creator of heaven and earth, the Lord showed mercy and answered prayer. In history we have seen it in Germany after the military during the Civil War in the United States and, of course, many times in the history of the nation of Israel. And in many other countries became God for the salvation of people. Unfortunately, today the problem came to Ukraine. Today, perhaps more than ever since independence, we need Gods intervention in a difficult situation in our own country. It is a time of fasting and prayer! Between heaven and earth calls to come in the gap for our land And I sought for a man among them, that should make up the hedge, and stand in the gap before me for the land, that I should not destroy it: but I found none (Ezekiel 22:30). Therefore, we are urging that fasting and prayer in all churches, all believers from 31 August to 2 September 2014. The basis for prayer is to offer biblical text from the second book of Chronicles 7: 13-15 If I shut up heaven that there be no rain, or if I command the locusts to devour the land, or if I send pestilence among my people; 1) If my people, which are called by my name, - Repentance before God for the sins of our nation - For repentance and conversion to God every person in Ukraine 2), and pray, and seek my face, - For peace and an end to hostilities, bloodshed in Ukraine - For the destruction of evil plans for the expense of our country - For Gods protection of Ukrainian soldiers - For the pleasure of the LORD relatives dead 3) and turn from their wicked ways; - For the revival of Ukraine on Christian values - For the healing of our country from all iniquity - Bring personal repentance - Make a good deal for the country, society then will I hear from heaven and will forgive their sin, and will heal their land! Now mine eyes shall be open, and my ears attentive to the prayer of this place. Very easy on the nearest Sunday worship begin the three-day prayer fast! This prayer initiative has supported the presiding bishop in CEPCU Anatoly Hawryluk, presiding bishop of UIC Valery Reshetinskym, many churches and Christian NGOs. Sincerely, Ukrainian Interchurch Council Secretariat
