NATURE OF INCIDENT: ASSAULT IRC NUMBER: 140107486 OFFICER: Ptl. P. Crawford DATE: 6/1/2014 TIME: 1522 LOCATION: AREA OF BUILDING 320 Sherman Hills PERSONS INVOLVED: Victim - male W-B INCIDENT DETAILS: On Sunday 6-1-14 at 1440 Officers were dispatched to the area of Building 320 N. Empire Ct for a gunshot victim. Upon arrival Officers located victim sitting on a rock with his right hand wrapped in a bloodstained cloth. Victim stated he was walking in the area of CJs Pizza when he was struck in the hand. He did not see anyone else in the area and was unsure exactly where he was when he was shot. Officers observed a puncture wound on the edge of victims right hand. Officers spoke to several people in the area, they did not see what direction Victim walked from or hear any gunshots. Victim was transported to Gesinger by WB EMS. Investigation is continuing. LTSO488
