NCAUSBCA - Youth: As I bow out of youth bowling, I have a few things I would like to say. I want to first thank my Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ for all the years of success He has blessed me with. I would like to thank my mother and father for always supporting my dreams and believing in me through the ups and downs. I want to thank my brother and my sisters for always being there to cheer me on in person or in spirit. I want to thank all the moms and dads that encouraged me over the years and made me feel blessed to be a part of such a great bowling family. I want to thank all the tournament directors that run some of the best tournaments in the area. The hard work of these individuals has allowed me to win thousands in scholarship money over the years. A special shout out goes to Mr. Tom Dale for all his hard work as a tournament director and a beacon of light within our association’s administration. I want to thank Jason Eman, Joey Clarke, Nick Hardy, and Michael Simpson for being there with me to win two back-to-back state titles. I want to also thank Richard Glenn for being the key that unlocked the monster within. For those of you who don’t know, I wouldn’t be the bowler I am today without his taking me under his wing. I would like to thank coaches Harry Charlesen and Jeri Edwards for encouraging me to work hard and acquire the knowledge to gain the competitive edge. I would like to thank Mark Lewis for helping me revamp my games just a few years ago (GO SHOCKERS!!!) lol. I would especially like to thank VCU Rams Head bowling Coach Mike McDonnell for getting me back to the winners circle after a rough start this season. I would like to thank all those that had anything to do with the formation of the travel league as well as my mother’s suggestion of it Lord knows how many years ago :p And last but certainly not least, I want to thank the first ever NCAUSBCA Jr. Dream Team !!! To Jarrett DeFalco, Conner Kolessides, and Michael Simpson: I want to thank y’all for rolling with me this past season. The road hasn’t always been smooth, but I believe that we showed what we are made of. Between the four of us this season we won almost every major individual tournament and I’m proud to have had the privilege to compete with you guys. Remember our mottos: NEVER GIVE UP and DREAM BIG!!! I know y’all will make me proud this upcoming season. Now it’s time for me to go win some real money :p God is good...Amen.
