NEONS HOW TO AVOID CON CRUD! Everyone who goes to a convention is all to familiar with the after con plague that seems to go around after a convention and no matter how much anti bacterial sanitizer you use it wont help. So I thought id share my own con crud prevention cocktail that has never failed to save me from it , keeps your body running regular post con eating schedule, and also keeps your skin healthy through all that costume makeup! L-Lysine 500 mg x1 Chromium picolinate 1000 mcg x1 Biotin 5000 mcg x2 Tylenol x2 ( not mandatory but good for convention foot pains, post contacts headaches) One indoor and outdoor allergy pill of choice (non-drowsy!!!) and 3 fiber tablets take a that set once every day of the con and youll feel right as rain ~works better if you start it a few days pre- con :] ~ Also as a P.s. always bring a few day quill tablets for sick roomates /friends
