NESPAK Foundation intends to create a data base of Experts and other support staff of various categories as listed below so as to utilize their services on projects from time to time on as and when required basis. 1. EXPERTS: Professionals are required under the following categories: CATEGORY I: B.Sc.Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Environmental/Architecture/Agriculture/Chemical/Transportation Engineering or equivalent degree having more than 25 years of relevant experience in their respective fields. Professionals having M.Sc. Engineering or equivalent degree will be given preference. CATEGORY II: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Environmental/Architecture/Agriculture/Chemical/Transportation Engineering or equivalent degree having 20 to 25 years of relevant experience in their respective fields. Professionals having M.Sc. Engineering or equivalent degree will be given preference. CATEGORY III: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Environmental/Architecture/Agriculture/Chemical/Transportation Engineering or equivalent degree having 10 to 20 years of relevant experience in their respective fields. Professionals having M.Sc. Engineering or equivalent degree will be given preference. 2. JUNIOR EXPERTS: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Environmental/Architecture/Agriculture/Chemical/Transportation Engineering or equivalent degree having up to* 10 years of relevant experience in their respective fields. 3. CONTRACTS SPECIALISTS: B.Sc. Electrical/Mechanical/Civil Engineering or equivalent degree having up to 25 years of relevant experience in the field of engineering contracts/procurement. 4. SOCIOLOGISTS: Masters degree in Sociology or equivalent having up to 25 years of relevant experience. 5. GIS/REMOTE SENSING ANALYSTS: M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Remote Sensing/GIS/Space Sciences/geomatics or equivalent degree having up to 10 years experience in GIS application and spatial data analysis & management. 6. GEOLOGISTS: M.Sc./B.Sc. in Applied Geology/Hydrogeology or equivalent degree having up to 10 years of relevant experience. 7. AGRONOMISTS/SOIL SCIENTISTS: M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons) Agriculture or equivalent to 16 years of education having up to 5 years relevant experience. 8. GEOPHYSICISTS: M.Sc. Geophysics/Geology or equivalent degree having upto 7 years of relevant experience. 9. ENVIRONMENTALISTS: M.Sc./B.Sc. (Hons.) in Environmental Sciences or equivalent degree having up to 10 years of relevant experience. 10. ENVIRONMENTAL PUBLIC HEALTH ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Civil/Environmental Engineering degree or equivalent preferably M.Sc. in the field of Environmental Engineering having at least 3 years’ experience in planning & designing of water supply, sewerage & drainage systems including water & waste water treatment plants. Proficiency in use of relevant computer software will also be required. 11. ECONOMISTS: M.Sc./M.A./B.Sc. (Hons) Economics or equivalent degree having relevant experience up to 15 years. 12. IT SPECIALISTS: MCS/MIT/ BCS or equivalent degree having up to 10 years experience in computer programming, networking & web designing. 13. INSPECTORS: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil/Architectural or equivalent having more than 18 years of relevant experience in respective fields. 14. SURVEYORS: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil or two years diploma in survey having more than 18 years of relevant experience. 15. DRAFTSMAN/3D CAD TECHNICIANS/CAD EXPERTS: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil/Electrical/Mechanical/Drafting or Certificate of Drafting or equivalent having more than 20 years of relevant experience. 16. QUANTITY SURVEYORS: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil having more than 18 years of relevant experience in computer based estimation of quantities, preparation of BOQ and variation orders, etc. 17. LABORATORY TECHNICIAN: Three years Diploma of Associate Engineer (DAE) in Civil having more than 18 years of relevant experience. 18. ADMINISTRATIVE AND SUPPORT STAFF: 1. Candidates must be Graduate with over 25 years of experience in Public Sector Organizations related to administration, General Services, Protocol duties, Executive Secretary, PSO, etc. 2. LLB (Hons) degree holders having at least 2 years relevant experience. 19. PRIVATE SECRETARIES: Candidates having relevant experience of more than 25 years preferably in any public sector organization. 20. ACCOUNTS PROFESSIONALS/ACCOUNTANTS: CA qualified/ CA inter/ CA Finalists/ACCA/ACMA/MBA Finance/M.Com/B.Com or equivalent degree holders having up to 10 years of relevant experience. 21. MBA/MPA/MAS/MHRM/BBA (Hons.): Graduates having up to 10 years of relevant experience of HR/Administration/Finance or equivalent degree from a reputable organization. 22. LIBRARIAN: Masters in Library & Information Sciences or equivalent degree having up to 3 years’ experience with At least 3.0 CGPA. The candidate must be conversant with the software’s being used in the libraries and the requirements of modern library system. 23. POSITIONS FOR NEELUM JEHLUM HYDRO POWER PROJECT: The following positions will be based in Lahore or Muzaffarabad. a) SCHEDULING & PLANNING SPECIALISTS: B.Sc. Civil Engineering having at least 15 years’ experience in construction scheduling & planning, well versed in using PRIMAVERA software. Work on mega projects and especially hydropower/ dam projects and higher education will be an additional advantage. b) CONTRACT SPECIALISTS: B.Sc. Civil Engineering having at least 15 years relevant experience should be well versed with contract management along with having thorough knowledge of FIDIC and PEC contract documents. The candidate should be able to handle contractor’s claims & other contract related issues. Experience on mega projects such as hydropower & dams along with additional qualification such as LLB or Masters will be an additional advantage. c) SENIOR ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Civil Engineering having at least 5 years’ experience in Geotechnical Engineering. Master degree holders will be given preference. d) JUNIOR ENGINEERS: Fresh Civil Engineering Graduates with interest in Geotechnical Engineering. e) JUNIOR ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Civil Engineering having up to 5 years’ experience in Geotechnical Engineering. Master degree holders will be given preference. f) JUNIOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Civil/Environmental Engineering along with M.Sc. Environmental Engineering having at least 1 year experience in the environmental field. g) JUNIOR GEOLOGISTS: B.Sc./M.Sc. Geology having up to 3 years’ experience in Engineering Geology.
