~NEVER ALONE~ There are times in our lives when rejoicing flows freely and we get a taste of heavens joy. Other times, we identify with Christ the most when we are sweating blood in the garden. The same children who bring us great joy cause us to cry, Do not be far from me, for trouble is near and there is no one to help (Psalm 22:11). God promises that all things will work out for His glory. When we go to Him in prayer, we can remember this assurance. Whether you are walking through a time of jubilance or on your knees in tears, remember Christ, in human flesh, has been there. He experienced the same pain and hears your cries. Know that you are not alone and that God hears you. He withdrew about a stone’s throw beyond them, knelt down and prayed, “Father, if you are willing, take this cup from me; yet not my will, but yours be done.” An angel from heaven appeared to him and strengthened him. And being in anguish, he prayed more earnestly, and his sweat was like drops of blood falling to the ground.
