NEVER PLaY with FIRE: COURT STOPS PF FROM DEFAMING HH OR FACE PRISON The Lusaka High Court has stopped the PF, its president, Secretary general or hired fake priests, or other agents from issuing any more defamatory statements against UPND leader Hakainde Hichilema. High Court Judge Mwila Chitambo says if any agent of the PF, no matter whom and at what forum, will defame Hichilema, then Edgar Lungu and Davies Chama the PF secretary general will be jailed. This follows a court action where HH sued Lungu, Chama and a certain lunatic calling himself Bishop Eddie Chomba who was sponsored by the PF to defame HH at a rally in Kabwe. The court granted HH an interim injunction, which the PF is free to challenge this month end.
