NEW GROUP FITNESS CLASSES A fast paced, variable intensity group fitness concept for people of all levels and led by certified professional. Based on the circuit framework, it is carefully designed to encourage the development of your fitness and increases both fat loss and muscular improvement. This is not a bootcamp and it is not a circuit, it is a results based variable intensity training programme for all. Classes are Monday and Wednesday 7 pm and Sunday 10:30 am - The Valley Park, Newtownabbey If you want to burn calories, develop lean muscles, improve your health and fine tune your fitness then join in! Suitable for all ages and fitness levels. It is £4.00 to attend pay as you go - £30 for 2 classes a week for 6 weeks which works out £2.50 per class - £35 for 3 classes a week for 6 weeks which works out £1.94 per class.
