***NEW JOB OPPORTUNITY*** Our client is part of an International Group and has operated in Residential and Commercial Construction for over 20 years. Due to steady annual increase in work stemming from a great reputation there is a contract available for an Office Manager/Personal Assistant from a Residential/Commercial Construction background for a Contract Role based in Sydney •Contract Role - Genuine Long Term Opportunities •Residential/Commercial Construction Experience Essential •Excellent rates of pay Duties and Responsibilities: •Provide a high level of administration and Secretarial support to the Development Director including but not limited to diary and email management, call screening, expense management, file management, general correspondence and general ad hoc duties •Meeting coordination, attendance and minute taking •Provide editing/formatting support for presentations and reports •Manage Internal and External IT issues •OH&S associated responsibilities •Build strong relationships internally and externally To be successful in this role you must have: •At least 3 years’ experience in a similar role supporting Director level •High Level organization skills and excellent time management •Detail orientated •Ability to remain calm under pressure •Excellent communication skills •A Flexible and mature approach to work If you feel you are well suited to this role please apply by sending in your CV to [email protected] your application will be treated as strictly confidential.
