NEW! NEW! NEW! NEW! NEW! NEW! NEW! We are now offering a new (obviously) product in the store - Gaufre de Liege (authentic Belgium Waffles) made by a new venture called Wicked Waffles (the instagram account is wickedwafflesknox). So what you say? Theres a million waffle houses around and cracker barrels. This is true, but you see, these are Americanized waffles. Authentic Belgian waffles are different because they have a yeast dough, and contain lots of pearl sugar. So when you cook them there are little pockets of heaven in them, and then the sugar carmelizes on the outside so you dont need butter or syrup on top of them because they are sweet enough on their own. However, we will have toppings for them. Here are some pics to help you drool. See you at the store soon!!!
