NEW ROLE - Customer Care Office Manager, Cheltenham - £24,000 Per Annum. We are currently recruiting for a well established national company for their Head Office based in Cheltenham. Job Purpose: To effectively manage the Customer Care office and to ensure it continuously drives towards delivering excellent customer service in conjunction with the Customer Journey. Main Responsibilities: •Manage the day to day running of the Customer Care office. •Ensure that all reported customer defects are dealt with through to completion in a cost effective, timely and professional manner to the satisfaction of the customer. •Liaise with customers by telephone that have been escalated by the Customer Care coordinators. •Identify trends in respects to complaints and defects and report these to the Regional Customer Care Manager. •Operate within the departmental budget by ensuring that the Customer Care Technicians manage their time effectively and control the use of materials and sub-contractors. •Assist the Regional Customer Care Manager with addressing any office maintenance issues. Experience/Skills: •The ideal candidate would have experience working in a similar role for a residential house builder. •Must have previous management experience. •Must be methodical and organized. •Must be able to handle complaints and difficult situations in a professional manner. •Must be able to work under pressure and demonstrate experience of meeting deadlines and prioritizing a heavy workload. •Must have excellent interpersonal, oral and written communication skills, with a high level of attention to detail. •Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook Relevant Qualifications: Applicants must hold 5 GCSEs / GCEs including Mathematics and English Benefits Include: •24 days holiday plus bank holidays - this does increase with service •Private medical scheme - once successfully completed their 6 month probation period •Group Personal Pension Scheme - the Company only contributes once they have completed 6 months service •Free lunch and car parking on site •Discretionary bonus scheme To be considered for this role please email your CV to Rachel at [email protected]
