NEW UPDATED RULES: 2/2/14 All post with items for sale must include: price and photo. There is no exception to this rule: you cannot post an item(s) for sale with Make an offer. This leads to bidding which is auction style and that is not allowed at any time. You must post a price and you can use OBO if you are willing to accept a different price than the one you listed the item(s) for. Multiple item listing must be in an album with YOUR NAME! Do not post the album with the date. YOU MUST STATE WANT OR WANT WITH QUESTIONS TO BE CONSIDERED THE FIRST TO BUY AN ITEM. Just saying interested, asking questions or telling the seller to PM you does not constitute first in line for want per our rules. NOTE; NO DIET AIDS or PRODUCTS THAT ARE SOLD BY THE DIET AIDE COMPANIES (ACE, SABA, ADVOCARE, ETC) ARE ALLOWED TO BE POSTED OR ADVERTISED ON THIS GROUP PAGE. CONTINUED ABUSE OF THIS RULE WILL RESULT IN BANNING. If you see a post that is questionable tag it for the admin. To the right of the post click on the pull down arrow (just as if you were going to edit one) and click Report to Admin. It will highlight for me to see. DEFINITIONS: PPU: PENDING PICK UP PPUO: PORCH PICK UP ONLY OBO: OR BEST OFFER BUMPING: Please limit bumping to a minimum of 48 hours so others have a chance for people to see their items. You do not have to live in Ellis Co to post; however you must be able to deliver or work out an agreement with another party on how sold and bartered/traded items will be delivered. REMINDER: If you agree to sell an item to a person who was the first to say they want it or want it with questions and they try to make arrangements with you to pick the item up you are obligated to complete the transaction. Do not tell the person that you are selling to someone else. If you did OBO and someone offers you more than the first buyer it still goes to the first buyer. It is RUDE and not a good example of what a seller should be on this site. I have had a complaint about this and anyone doing this will be banned. If the person does not pick item up at agreed time and has not contacted you back you can proceed to the next person in line. But please make a note/comment to that affect. Make sure if you sent them a PM regarding pick up make sure to post a comment to that affect and tag that person in the post (in case the PM goes to their other folder). Share this group page with others who may want to post. No foul language, xxx rated items/photos, no trashing another member, no drama and no scams. Anyone who violates these rules will be banned.
