NEWS: The £3 billion project to dual the A9 is moving forward 6 months early. A contract for the first of 12 schemes in the upgrade programme is being put to market. It covers the stretch from Kincraig to Dalraddy, and is worth around 50 million pounds. The Scottish Government plans to complete the entire route from Perth to Inverness by 2025.
