NEWS UPDATE AT 2PM WITH Orange Uganda Legal experts have challenged President Yoweri Museveni over granting of bail. While opening the NRM party retreat at Kyankwanzi, Museveni lashed out at judges urging that giving out bail was not a must as per the constitution and that the judges were misusing their powers in granting bails to the law offenders.
