NEWSFLASH Labour insider has admitted they will bring back tuition fees in Scotland . Tax will rise to 50p for everyone who is working and not just for the rich as Lament said . Billions are going to need to be spent to upgrade ageing Trident missiles . Labour Party expenses will be bound over by the official secrets act for 100 years just like the Dunblane massacre dossiers.
