NFL, before we start another season. What was your favorite Ravens moment? The heartbreaking loss to the NE to end last season, missed chip shot fieldgoal in that one..Or the beginning of this previous season, Torrey Smith, having a career game, days after burying his brother, 9-2 start, but then 3 game losing streak, including a loss to the Broncos at Baltimore. That made the Ravens road dogs, doing what no team had done in 4 years, beat NE at home, while behind at halftime. Then back to Denver for a victory to a team we lost to weeks before, in freezing temps. Gave up a TD on a punt and kickoff, no problem, we got this. TD bomb in 2nd overtime. Onto the superbowl where we won, after the lights were turned off, on purpose, by the NFL. They may not repeat this year, but it was a great run, that is in part what I love about football, shows us the valuable lesson of perseverance.
