NGOs ordered to declare their foreign funding to the risk to be dissolved or losing the status of public utility association of... this is not the first time that the Government is in opposition with NGOs on the issue of foreign funding. A few months ago, it is the Minister of the Interior who condemned certain associations that receive money from abroad to tackle the Morocco. But, far from all unnecessary polemics, transparency must be acceptable. NGOs, according to the ethics, must not ask this transparency to the institutions and apparatus of the State and try to evade themselves. And things get complicated especially for those who, in addition to foreign donations and grants, rely heavily on the generosity of the State, local communities and public institutions. ............
