NIGERIA POLITICS - SIFTING FACTS FROM FICTIONS: Yes, I believe that right inside his heart, GEJ agree with majority of Nigerians, who sincerely expect that his govt should have done more on fight against corruption. I also believe that he should have done more in fighting Boko Haram. However, rebelling his govt as the worst is not only economical with truth, but also ignoramus, politically self-serving, lopsided and provocative! How many corrupt government officials were convicted and jailed before Goodluck administration? Does it mean, that people as IBB, as well as mountain of past corrupt govt and public officials never existed til GEJ came to power? Prior to OBJs govt, do ordinary Nigerian even hear about hundreds of Billions of Naira looted from this country? Now, we know what goes on! Is it secret that most of private houses of past govt officials were built directly by Fed govt, using big construction companies, such as Julius Berger? Or, is it secret that, BEFORE GEJ, hundreds of govt officials stashed and still own hundreds of billions of Dollars & pounds stashed in banks all over the world? How many of them were jailed by OBJ, YarAdua, and past Head of Sates before GEJ? Is it not on record that about US$13 Billion was spent on electricity under OBJ, with nothing to show for it? Now, born-to-rule propaganda machinery, oiled by billions of dollars they stole from us all these decades, in their selfish and wicked manner, are sacrificing the blood of thousands of innocent Nigerians, then trying to blame it on GEJ. They spread this mischievous idea that GEJ have hand in this Boko Haram menace. Their argument is that, if Boko Haram are sponsored by Hausa/Fulani Muslims, why is Boko haram also killing Muslims? Does this line of reasoning make any sense? Is GEJ also killing Muslims in Iraq, Syria, Afghanistan, Pakistan, Yemen, Egypt, Somalia, etc, etc? Who doesnt know that these Islamic Jihadists have no respect to anyone? If their mothers disagree with these Islamic terrorists,, they kill them. The born to rule political mafia know these facts, but in their do-or-die quest for power, they choose to twist it. They are throwing everything to the wall, hoping that one should stick. Only the fickle-minded shall pay any serious attention to this campaign of calumny. We know those sponsoring Boko Haram. But as things are, the hunter have become the hunted! Boko haram have turned into mad dog attacking anyone on sight, including some of their sympathizers and pay masters. In conclusion, though current govts achievements are below our expectation, but I totally reject the idea that this govt is the worst. Look at the infrastructures on the ground today and compare it with what we have 6 years ago. The fact is that we are much better! In roads, in agriculture, industries, schools, hospitals, airports, economy, in freedom of expression, in human rights, etc, etc, WE ARE MUCH BETTER!! GEJ is not the worst!! We welcome constructive criticisms against govt, but we reject these baseless and fictitious campaign of calumny from those who believe that it is their birthright to rule Nigeria at all cost! Their decades of misrule and corruption left Nigeria in todays mess. It will take time to cure Nigeria. But the cure cannot come from those, who in the first place, put us in this sickness from decades of their misrule and corruption! It is unwise and unfair!
