NIGHT PRAYER In the name of the Father + and of the Son, and of the Holy Spirit. Amen. The Lord is my Light and my Salvation, whom shall I fear? The Lord is the Stronghold of my life, of whom shall I be afraid... Eternal Rock of Ages, we are grateful for the gift of life this day, and for a favourable end to this day. Our Lord and our God, we commit this night to Your hands, take control, Lord, and let Your Presence be there with us as we sleep. Grant peace to our wearied body tonight and let Your angels guard and protect us. Keep our body, soul and spirit, from all attack of the devil and his agents. Wake us, Lord, to the joy and blessing of another glorious day; and may we for ever have reasons to praise the wonders of Your Holy name. Amen.
