One day in June my family took me on a car ride and dropped me here at the Burlington County Animal Shelter, Westampton, NJ. I have been waiting since then for them to come back, but now all I want is a new family who will take me in and love me. I am just so confused. My family called me Maximus, the Latin term for greatest but I dont feel so great now. Cant you see how sad I am when I think about it. When you come visit you will recognize me immediately I am the sweet guy just sitting there, patiently, for somebody to take me home. I am a 7 year old Staff mix who weighs 50 pounds. I have heard volunteers say I am obedient, outgoing, active, playful, friendly, quiet, easygoing. Kids that are old enough to play with me, man I would love to meet them. I am energetic and enjoy playing in Play Groups with fellow residents, however, I am definitely a ladies man, LOL! I Also love back rubs, I could let you rub me all day!
