The process of learning is a long hard road sometimes, but with persistence comes accomplishment and satisfaction. “One of my teammates from soccer came with posterior thigh pain and medial knee pain. I found his Popliteus inhibiting his Glut.max, and after doing his homework for 2 weeks, he writes to me ‘ Hi, my legs have never felt better than they are feeling now ! No pain at all’. In many cases i am in despair, but sometimes it is really simple!”
