NOT EXPLAINING OUR LIGHT TO OTHERS Mark 4v21 Would anyone light a lamp and then put it under a basket or under a bed to shut out the light? Of course not!. A lamp does not help people see it is useless,does your light show other people how to find God and how to live for him? if not mask, what basket have existiguished your light complacecy,resentment,stubborness of heart or disobedience could keep Gods light from shining through you to others. Luke 11v33 We find that the lamp is Christ the eye represents spiritual understanding and insight.Evil desires (darkness) makes the eye less sensitive and blot out the light of Christ presence,if you have a hard time seeing God at work in the world and in your life,check your vision.. are any sinful desires blinding you to Christ.In deeper sense we that spiritual vision is our capacity to see clearly what God wants us to do and to see, the world from his point of view but this spiritual insight can be easily clouded,self serving interest and goal block that vision serving God is like the best way to restore it a PURE eye is one that is fixed on GOD.
