NOT FACTUAL. 1. Once marked as evacuation centre, a permanent classroom is exclusive to evacuees and can not be shared with the rooms original students. The content of the report itself does not establish the title Students in Albay share school buildings with displaced residents. 2. The report also does not show any cramped makeshift classrooms. 3. What it shows are the merged sections which was a transitional strategy of the Deped while its 300 temporary learning spaces (TLS) are completed this week. 4. The interviewed evacuee claiming nagkakasakit, haws-haws is not borne by the evacuation centre concerned. It is also not demonstrated by the aggregate cases reported which have actually fallen from 740 to 495. I am neither dismayed nor amused.
