NOW HIRING: Recruitment Coordinator A+ Senior Care- Cinnaminson, NJ Do you possess a passion for recruiting top talent, facilitating quality service to our area seniors, and making an impact on the community? The Recruitment Coordinator position with A+ Senior Care will allow you to do that. Ideal candidate will possess the ability to manage several tasks at once, perform well in a fast-paced, team oriented environment, and must be comfortable in public settings. Primary responsibilities: • Answer each employment inquiry in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner • Manage recruitment on-line and print advertising activity • Develop and implement new recruitment strategies within service areas • Interview, and process caregivers in a professional manner which meets state and federal criteria • Conduct all reference checks • Prepare and schedule new hires for orientation • Plan and help to implement all in-service training • Attend and participate in weekly team meetings • Monitor and enforce all employee related business • Complete goals as set by management • Share on-call responsibilities Secondary responsibilities: • Assist with caregiver/client introductions • Maintain all caregiver files • Support and work with the scheduler for efficient operation • Schedule all in house activities Qualifications: • Experience in recruitment; home care background a plus • College education or similar experience preferred • Valid driver’s license • Proficient in Microsoft Office • Excellent references • Reliable • Organized with excellent time management skills Interested applicants may Fax resumes to: 856-797-1010 or e-mail Gjones@aplusseniorcare
