Supervisors starting wage is $12/hour, and Counter Staff will make $8.50+/hour. Principle Duties: * Ensure customer satisfaction by handling counter transactions in a fast, efficient and friendly manner. * Communicate clearly with each customer in a friendly and courteous way. * Participate in team service to ensure each customer is served quickly. * Accomplish all work assignments with excellence. * Wrap and stock desserts, stock supplies, and ice cupcakes! Required knowledge, skills, and abilities: * Takes directions well and hits the ground running. * Maintain food safety standards, including identifying and eliminating health code violations and safety hazards. * Outgoing, enthusiastic, and friendly personality. * Must be able to work weekends, holidays as well as night shifts. * Customer service oriented attitude. * Works well with a diverse team and treats people with respect. * Responds positively to coaching and direction.
