NOW THAT I AM BACK IN THE KINGDOM OF CAMBODIA... IT IS FITTING AND PROPER TO EXTEND MY HEARTFELT GRATITUDE TO THE FOLLOWING PEOPLE: To my Mom, for supporting me financially to be able to catch the cheapest flight back and forth; To my Aunt Elsie Lato Repil, for arranging my international and domestic flights back and forth through her ticketing agency; To Ms. Azenith Manabat Magcalas, for helping me with my passport, visa and for safe keeping Northwest International Academy as the officer-in-charge while I am away; To Mr. Ako Si Bong(Richie E. Hagos), for supporting me morally with all of my plans and decisions in life; To Dr. Lito S. Adanza, PhD, for welcoming us the Filipino way at GSC SPED during our courtesy call with the Cambodian benchmarking team; for giving us a very memorable guesting moment during the 10th commencement exercises of GSC SPED-HS and 17th commencement exercises of GSC SPED-Elem. To Ms. Marivi Chiu Lim-Castro, for always believing in me and making me feel special in your heart; and for granting me a yearly 1/4 page column for Ang Medalyon To the Faculty and Staff of General Santos City SPED Integrated School (HS and Elementary); for the warmth, love, care and kindness you have shown me. I will never ever forget all of you. And I Love You all. :) To Madam Merlinda M. Merlinda Donasco; for the continued support especially for giving all of the effort in assisting the Cambodian team on their benchmarking. The coordination was perfect. I thank you for allowing me and the team to learn about the Agricultural processes and practices of the city at the Peoples Demonstration Farm and at GSC Soils Laboratory. To Professor Arlyn Bautista Arreglado; for making our meeting-discussion with Chancellor Atty Abdurrahman T. Canacan possible. Despite all of the predicaments you were undertaking at that time you gave us the best meeting with the best result. I am so happy and thankful that we were able to accomplish our first goal in visiting Mindanao State University. We hope to see you either here in Cambodia or at MSU for the second step of the process. :) To the Office of the City Economic Management and Cooperative Development Office through Maam Maria Maria Cora Cenas Tito and Sir Egai Cadiente for the tourism briefing and the souvenir items. To Ate Kate Nebr, for welcoming us in your house and for exerting all your effort till 1am just to tour us around Camp John Hay, SM Baguio, Cathedral, Night Market and Burnham Park. That was really unbelievable for a former vice-mayor to stay up late in the middle of the park and streets. To Jay Ar Roge Mesicula, for making a fun-filled experience in Cubao, Araneta Coliseum, Trinoma and SM North EDSA. To Humbard Rioja, for being there with me all throughout this time. For making me feel special, for comforting me with thoughts I never expected and for lending a hand in touring Quezon City, MOA and Baguio. Thank you. To my sister-friend Cecilia Teleron, for the red-stripes long sleeve polo you sent me from Germany. Thank you so much ate :) To my aunts Phoebe Maria Bual and Dhodo Bual Ponteras for waiting at MOA even if it was really late for us to stay there but still you waited for me and my heart is incredibly thankful for your goodness. I love both of you. :) To my ASIAN Institute of Cambodia benchmarking team Mr. Chhan Sopheap, Chea Samphot and Kong Kolyan (Kolyan Fri You II). Thank you for sharing your generosity to me. :) and most especially, TO THE FATHER ALMIGHTY, for granting me the strength physically, emotionally, financially, mentally, morally to be able to do all of these. And for showering me with HIS travelling mercy back and forth. God, thank you so much.
