#NPEQuickTip When You Get Into Trouble... If youve never gotten into trouble with your business, well you just havent been around long enough or arent growing very aggressively. Business owners get into trouble all. the. time. It sucks. Its painful. Its hard. But EVERY challenge you face holds within it incredible opportunity to grow. One of the TOUGHEST things to do is get humble enough to ask for help. a) youre prideful b) you dont think anyone can help you c) you get stuck with a negative mindset and take on victims mentality (its everyone elses fault things arent going right) d) youre used to simply working harder than the other guy to get through a problem... and incorrectly think thats the right tool to solve your problem now. Each of those thoughts will kill you. If you want to improve: a) get humble b) ask for help c) listen to new ideas d) be flexible enough in your mind to allow it to grow and evolve into a new perspective. This isnt easy to do. But the other path will lead you no where good, and this one will. It might be different than you expect, but thats part of the fun in business... and life!
