The fire is not yet contained. Current Situation Firefighters are gaining the upper hand on this fire. Crews will undertake backburning operations tonight to bring the fire under control. Residents will see smoke and flames in the area during the night. No properties are under threat. Leggetts Drive between Neath Street and Leggetts Lane remains closed in both directions. Motorists should avoid the area. Advice People in the area should continue to monitor the situation. Take advice from firefighters at the scene. Other Information If your life is at risk, call Triple Zero (000) immediately. Continue to stay up to date with the bush fire situation by checking rfs.nsw.gov.au, listening to your local radio station or by calling the NSW RFS Bush Fire Information Line on 1800 679 737.
