NT1 & Dante Piersante win SRC trophy in Italy On the new track in Montegiorgio, was held the trophy SRC for both categories 1/8 and 1/10 touring. In the category 1/10 Mario Spiniello took the pole position and the new lap record in 16520. In the A-Main, after starting with the number 1, due to a flame out (without fuel), Mario was found to struggle with Dante Piersante for first place but, 5 minutes from the end Mario was forced to retire due to the failure of the steering servo. Dante Piersante has thus gained the win, followed by Calce Domenico and Gabriele Pierini. In the category 1/8, the pole was marked by Massimo Fantini, followed by Nicola Marrone and Jonathan Marchetti. In the A-Main, after the retire of Marrone, Fantini took the lead, followed by Marchetti, the last minute of the race Marchetti was able to overtake Fantini, going to win and crossing the line ahead Fantini and De Cesare.
