NTV NEWS UPDATE MITYANA PLANE EMERGENCY LANDING A plane carrying six US marines has made an emergency landing at Kiwawu along the Kampala-Mityana highway. The plane from Entebbe airport, on its way to undisclosed destination, started experiencing technical difficulties mid-air. Phillip Mukasa, the Police spokesperson of the Wamala region says the plane couldnt continue to South Sudan due to bad weather so it turned back but run out of fuel on the way. However, all the US Army personnel in the plane are safe & luckily there was no traffic on the road when the plane made the emergency landing. Aviation police has been contacted to help with the matter.
