NVC (Nonviolent Conciousness Communication)to life TO RURAL YOUTHS AND YOUNG WOMEN IN NOVEMBER 2013 We have done series of NVC among Religious Groups and IT professionals in the past. The religious groups have showed lots of interest and becoming a practicing groups and connected us to reach out other religious groups, educators, and their own charity organization staff. We are very glad to be connected and taking NVC to life to make becoming part of their life. To know more about the concept of NVC, kindly write to us. November 2013 Programs: In continuation to our NVC, We proposed NVC Not only for Working professionals and religious sectors but also Rural youths and Young women. Kenosis Foundation organized series of Training, workshops and sessions from 21st November 2013 to 1st December 2013. Resource Person: The resource person Ms. Elkie Deadman has whole kindheartedly agreed once again to come down to India and be with us to lead this entire programs. She will be hear with us for about 10 days. She is a certified Trainer of NVC. We thank for her willingness and showing interest and love for the youths to do NVC. Team: The organizing team Mr. Issac roy, and Mr. Peter Fernandes, Kenosis Foundation, Bangalore city, Karnataka State, India. Program Details: I. 2 days NVC program for youths in two groups. First and Second day there will be above 30 youths attending NVC programs. Each group will have 30 and totally about 60 youths. Youths from Industrial Training Institute and other groups coming from 7 villages (30 youths). Age groups above 18 to 26 years at KGF- Kolar Gold Field, its about 100 kmts from Bangalore city. II. One Day NVC program for about 25 to 30 working professionals. They are from the educational sectors such as Heads of Department,lecturers, teachers, and Professors, Govt sectors , Bangalore. Program will be organized in Bangalore only. III. One Day NVC for 20-25 young women, who are involved in running and taking care of evening tuition programs. It’s also called After School Programs. This Tuition program is organized children,who can not afford to pay their extra Tuition fee, benefit out of this Tuition programs. The Tuition centres located in semi urban and rural villages of Bangalore region. The teachers who help the children , will undergo two days of NVC Program and will be in Bangalore only. Request: Foundation will be organizing series of NVC for different groups after the NVC workshop of Trivendrum, January 2014. The participants from youths from 18 to 25 age groups. Secondly for Working professionals. Thirdly for You women professionals., their age starts from 20 above. I invite and welcome every one who are interested to be part of this organizing team. What you can do? Suggest different topics, goals, objectives, outcomes and games materials, resource materials for participants, content writing, prepare PPT presentation , help us with MS word or PDF file of various sources of NVC etc. Kindly reach us for more communication from our side.
