Please consider fostering 1 of these owner dumped, TERRIFIED babies..SO NOT B DISSUADED BY A "BAD" EVAL..Cats FREAK OUT , when they are taken out of their usual environments As soon as they are back in a SAFE, non threatening place,they come around & RELAX,..Cats are very smart.
