Initial: SCAN NEGATIVE BRIGHT, ALERT, RESPONSIVE, HYDRATED PHYSICAL EXAM- geriatric mod tartar rashes on venttral neck ear infection, ears cleaned owner reported blood in stool, not eating well good appt seen at this time no stool seen at this time male intact NOSF Re-Exam: s/o: bar very calm and interactive teeth look good for age moderate yeasty otitis AU fresh cut on right front toe--not severe intact male A: otitis P: otibiotic bid x 10d Behavior: Prince walks calmly on leash. He was sociable toward the handler during the assessment - soft body, low wag. He was calm and relaxed during handling. Prince had a low body position during the tag test, but followed the assessor at the end of the leash. He did not resist being handled while eating, and was easily pushed out of the food bowl. He was easy to handle when chewing on toys and/or rawhides. Prince was relaxed when approaching a friendly dog, but was not playful. Prince was surrender to us. According to the owner he gets along with children and strangers. The owner stated that he likes baths, loves to tug on ropes (playfully), likes to play with basketballs, small dog toys, likes to eat chopped up hot dogs as treats, and pig ear treats. Prince did not show any concern during the behavior assessment. The behavior department feels that he can go to a beginner home. Look: 2.
