NYPD Daniel Pantaleo Should Have Been Indicted for Excessive Force then Manslaughter in This Eric Gardner Case ~ Its a Sham That Cops Do Get Away With Murder Black or White ~ He Should Have Let Up when the Guy Was Trying To Get Him Off Him .. He couldnt Breathe .. Sad .. This is Not Ferguson Either .. Where Situations Were Different .. Pantaleo Should Lose his Job and Be Charged. He Used Excessive Force .. For Selling Cigarettes .. What a Petty Sham. This Cop was Wrong in This Case .. Period !
