NZDF ENGAGEMENT RESEARCH, Linton Military Camp. We are looking for women enlisted in the NZ Army who are currently on maternity/parental leave. If this is you, we would really appreciate the opportunity to discuss ways of enabling you to stay in contact with NZ Defence Force whilst on parental leave. SITUATION: NZDF are looking at developing a virtual means of staying in contact with Defence Personnel (incl reserves and parents on leave) IOT build engagement and enable better utilisation of resources. TASK: Ipsos, the firm contracted, is looking to conduct interviews on the 24th and 25th of July. They would like to conduct interviews with 3 pairs of Defence mothers. Each interview will take approximated 1 hour and can be conducted at Linton Camp, or at the interviewees homes if preferred (by pre arrangement).
