NZWBBF Online contest information Along with our onstage - TopicsExpress

NZWBBF Online contest information Along with our onstage events, the NZWBBF will also be running online bodybuilding contests. This is how it works: -A contest date will be set: our next event will be held on February 21, 2015. -All NZWBBF members will be given until this date to get in contest-ready shape. -On contest date, each member will have a series of photos taken hitting each of our compulsory poses (using good lighting to ensure photo quality as good as can be achieved). All compulsory poses are demonstrated on our Facebook group page: https://facebook/groups/561285863955706/ -These photos are to be sent to me on the day they are taken (at which time I will re-send them to members of the NZWBBF judging panel for assessment). Email all photos to: nzwbbf@gmail -Your photos will be judged alongside and compared with those of the other NZWBBF competitors who are competing in the same event and who are in your respective class: open weight wheelchair or open disability. -Results will be announced on Facebook one week after you have submitted your photos. -Trophies and awards will be posted after the results have been announced. -More details and announcements concerning NZWBBF online events will be posted on the NZWBBF Facebook page. Keep checking for updates. -Training and nutrition information on how to achieve perfect contest-ready shape will also be regularly added to the NZWBBF Facebook page. Check the NZWBBF Facebook page for information on compulsory poses. If you would like to, I would recommended taking photos of your compulsory poses 5-6 weeks out from the contest and sending them through to me so I may advise you on your posing form and where possible physical improvements can be made. As this will be our primary means of judging each competitor, all poses must be hit as perfectly as possible, and captured in the best possible lighting. Ill also post videos of advanced competitors hitting these poses so you may practice them. Registration forms will be sent to each NZWBBF competitor; there will also be a small contest entry fee along with the membership fee. For both online and on stage NZWBBF events there are two categories: open weight wheelchair and open disability. The open weight wheelchair category is for people who use wheelchairs and the open disability category is for those who do not. There are no separate weight classes at this stage.
