NaMo / YoAd = Yogi Adityanath refus eto print law-draft that Jurors can order narcotest in public on suspected Bangladeshis to determine whether they are Indian or Bangladesh. And then Yogi Adityanath says West Bengal is center of terrorism !!! . The west bengals BIGGEST problem is Bangladeshi. And over 95% Bangladeshis can be identified, proven and expelled within 6 months by printing following law-draft . 1. Jurors and NOT corrupt , nepotic, career-hungry , promotion hungry judges will decide whether a person is Bangladeshi or Indian . . 2 The Jurors may order narcotest of suspect in public. . 3. The pictures of all accused will be put on net. . 4. If a person X is accused Bangladeshi and say his relative Y , who is citizen resident in Bangladesh comes and gives blood to decide relation, and the DNA test proves relation, then his DNA test too will be used as evidence And relative will be given award of Rs 1 lakh. . 5. Bangladeshi will be imprisoned for 5 years and lashed 100 times. (Lashing is legal in Bangladesh, is approved by Amnesty International , is approved Geneva Convention and so can be used as reciprocity basis) . This law-drafts are sufficient to expel Bangladeshi from India in 6 months. . But BOTH NaMo and YoAd havent printed any such law-draft in Gazette. . Essentially, they collected votes using Bangladeshi issue from 1991 to may-2014 elections. And now they want West Bengal assembly using this issue. BJP, RSS, NaMo, YoAd have NO intention to expel Bangladeshi (which is why they have NOT printed the above law-draft). . So folks, pls focus on the law-draft to expel Bangladeshi, Please dont waste time in worshiping NaMo / YoAd etc. YoAd has been talking about law-draft to stop cow slaughter since 1999 !!! Why doesnt he propose that law-draft now? . All in all, for BJP, RSS, NaMo, YoAd , issues are NLY to milk votes . Once votes come, they dump the issue, and give broom to clean streets and upload selfies with broom. . So please publicize law-draft to expel Bangladeshi using Jury Trial, DNA tests and narcotest in public. Please do NOT waste time in brooming streets , uploading selfies, slogan shouting etc. Otherwise, you will only end up where AAPians are.
